Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our cabins, booking process, and the White Mountains.

The Cabins

What cabins do you have?

We have two large-group cabin rentals in Lakeside, Arizona. Parkway Lodge has 7 bedrooms and sleeps up to 27 guests. Mohave Cabin with Treehouse has 7 bedrooms plus a treehouse and sleeps up to 33 guests. Both are located just west of Rainbow Lake.

What is the treehouse at Mohave Cabin?

The treehouse is a genuine sleeping structure set among the pines that adds extra capacity beyond Mohave's 7 main bedrooms, bringing total occupancy to 33. It's a standout feature — especially popular with kids and teens — and makes Mohave Cabin uniquely suited to large family reunions.

Can we book both cabins at the same time?

Yes. Combining Parkway Lodge and Mohave Cabin with Treehouse accommodates groups of up to 60 guests across two adjacent properties. Call us to discuss combined availability.

What amenities are included?

Both cabins include full kitchens, multiple bathrooms, living and dining areas, outdoor space, WiFi, and ample parking. Call us for the full amenity list for each cabin — details vary between the two properties.

Are the cabins pet-friendly?

Contact us to ask about pet policies — it varies and we're happy to discuss your situation.
