Parkway Lodge is a spacious 7-bedroom retreat designed for the kind of gatherings that need real room to breathe. With space for up to 27 guests, it's one of the largest single-property cabin rentals in the Arizona White Mountains — meaning your whole group stays together, shares meals together, and wakes up to the same ponderosa pine view.
Located just west of Rainbow Lake in Lakeside, the lodge sits at roughly 7,000 feet elevation. Summer highs hover in the low 80s while the Phoenix Valley bakes. In the evenings, temperatures dip into the 50s — perfect for a fire on the deck and a sky full of stars that you simply don't see from the city.

Lakeside is part of the twin communities of Pinetop-Lakeside, perched on the Mogollon Rim at the edge of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest. Rainbow Lake — just steps from Parkway Lodge — is a 60-acre stocked trout lake popular for fishing, catch-and-release, and quiet morning paddles. The area sits at the gateway to hundreds of miles of forest trails, ATV routes, and scenic byways.
Drive times: approximately 3.5 hours from Phoenix via US-60 East through Globe and Show Low; about 3 hours from Tucson via AZ-77 through Globe.
