- Up to 33 people → Mohave Cabin with Treehouse

Check Availability & Reserve Your Dates
We'll confirm whether your dates are open and walk you through pricing. To hold your reservation, we collect a deposit. Once that's in, your dates are locked and we send you everything you need: directions, check-in instructions, house rules, parking info, and our personal recommendations for things to do in the area.
Arrive & Enjoy
Show up to a clean, fully stocked cabin just west of Rainbow Lake. Unpack, spread out across all seven bedrooms, and let the White Mountains do the rest. Cool air, ponderosa pines, fishing steps away, and space for your whole group to actually be together.
Good to Know Before You Book
- Minimum stay: Varies by season — ask us when you call.
- Check-in / check-out times: We'll confirm these when you reserve.
- Peak season: Summer weekends and holiday weekends book early — the earlier you reach out, the better your chances of securing your dates.
- Both cabins: If your group exceeds 33, we can discuss booking Parkway Lodge and Mohave Cabin simultaneously for up to 60 guests.
- Direct booking: You're booking directly with us — no third-party platform fees.
