Once we confirm your stay and take a deposit, your dates are locked in. We block them on our calendar, and the live calendars on this website update automatically — so those days show as taken to everyone else. Then we send you everything you need: directions, check-in details, and local tips.
Good to Know Before You Book
- Two cabins: Parkway Lodge sleeps up to 27; Mohave Cabin with a Treehouse sleeps up to 33. Need more? Book both for up to 60 guests.
- Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total holds your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable, and the remaining balance is due 14 days before your stay.
- Minimum stay: Normally a 3-night minimum. Over 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve, it's a 4-night minimum and the whole property must be rented.
- Peak season: Summer and holiday weekends book early, so the sooner you send your dates, the better.
- Direct booking: Booking with us means no Airbnb or VRBO service fees — guests typically save around 10% compared to booking the same dates through those platforms.
